Perfect for summer!  Our newest flavor, and my new fav, this is our yellow cake with lots of orange zest mixed in, filled and frosted with a whipped cream cream cheese frosting — cream cheese frosting with whipped cream folded in to make it more light and fluffy — flavored with orange zest and juice, topped with a little piece of orange.  GREAT, especially when it’s been chilled!
